How this comparison is built
According to the U.S. Department of Labor and OSHA, every figure is read from the same official records that power each employer page. The median H-1B wage is recomputed from the Department of Labor Labor Condition Application filings for that employer (offered wages on a legal filing, not actual pay, and only for visa-sponsored roles). The safety grade derives from the OSHA DART injury rate; where an employer has no establishment-specific OSHA record it reflects its industry benchmark. WARN notices are advance mass-layoff filings with state agencies. A dash ( - ) means the source does not report that measure for that employer. See our methodology and disclaimer for the full picture.
What to check before you compare
Use this tool to benchmark an offer or current employer against real sponsors, not to rank companies overall.
- H-1B median wage reflects visa-sponsored filings only, not a company-wide pay scale. Understanding H-1B salaries
- A safety grade based on the industry benchmark (no employer-specific OSHA record) is a relative estimate, not a verdict. How grades work
- No WARN notices on file is a positive signal, not a guarantee of future stability. Reading WARN notices
Every figure is a legally filed public record (DOL, OSHA, state WARN), not a review or vendor estimate; absence of a record is not proof of absence.
